The Challenge
QURE Solutions wanted to transform traditional market research into a more accessible and rewarding experience. The challenge was to design an MVP that could introduce a new behaviour model, encouraging users to complete simple research missions while ensuring navigation, task completion, and rewards felt intuitive for its target audience.

The Approach
I created a streamlined mobile experience and foundational brand direction for GrapeVine, focused on simplicity and engagement. User flows were designed around clear task progression and effortless navigation, reducing friction from onboarding to mission completion. The product experience balanced trust, reward visibility, and gamified interactions to encourage repeat engagement while supporting future scalability.
The Outcome
Driven by a gamified engagement strategy, GrapeVine launched to strong early adoption, achieving a 70% Day-7 retention rate — significantly above industry benchmarks. Users also demonstrated high engagement with task completion rates nearing 90%, validating the product's intuitive experience and reward-driven approach.
